Considering the eects of the enrichment of cultural life and the perfection of art on society, the importance of this great project realized in Neftçala for Azerbaijan can be understood. Located within the Neftçala Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center; The professional sound, light and visual systems of the large theater with a capacity of 366 people, a 3D movie theater with a capacity of 63 people, and two large conference rooms located in the Neftçala Municipality Building were designed and implemented with the assurance of Astech Group. In addition, the application of all architectural fine works was done on a turnkey basis by the Astech architectural team.
