Istanbul's oldest restaurant, Rejans, was opened in 1932. It is known that Mata Hari, Agatha Christie, Muhsin Ertuğrul, Cahide Sonku, Von Papen, especially Atatürk, often came to the Regency, which has a glamorous past. This historical place, which was closed in 2011, came to life again in 2016 under the name of '1924'. 1924 Regency; It is decorated in accordance with the first years of the place. There is even Atatürk's desk at the entrance with the inscription 'forever reserved'.
